This is far and away my most popular loaf and is packed with all the spices we love in gingerbread. Moist and yummy with a  good texture, I use pumpkin as a secret ingredient for moisture. Get your order in now for my most popular loaf.

Picture freshly grated organic zucchini mixed with a generous dollop of fragrant Korintje cinnamon. Ginger, nutmeg or cloves will bring all the flavors together perfectly in this very light loaf. Great as a slice for breakfast or for a midday snack. 

For those of you who like a classic simple loaf this is the one for you. With pumpkin as a gentle base flavor, the spices and any additions are what make this loaf stand out. Cinnamon and cloves give it a bit of a bite, with some golden raisins to add some sweetness and texture. Or, if you want to make it more indulgent, add chocolate chips. This loaf can meet your tastes whatever they may be.

This loaf can be made simply with grated fresh organic carrots, cinnamon and ginger. Or get a sweeter version with pineapple or golden raisins. Either way, it works well as a breakfast loaf, or a snack during the day.

Apple lovers, this is the loaf for you. A generous cup of applesauce mixed with cinnamon, and your choice of other spices, to make a fragrant loaf full of the smell and taste of apples. 

This loaf most closely resembles a pound cake in taste and texture. The  non-dairy cream cheese gives it a lovely richness, and it is delicious on its own or with some nut butter or your favorite spread.

This is the same cream cheese loaf as above with the addition of diced  up pistachios in the batter, and added on the top of the loaf for  decoration and additional taste. This is many customers' favorite.

This loaf is for the person who loves the taste of a good pound cake but doesn't want a whole bundt. It is a rich loaf packed with vegan butter and is more of a dessert loaf than any of the others.
